Hi All,
I am having trouble reconstructing my data after I updated afni. I am using the Dimon command followed by the to3d command. For the functional tasks the dimon command is still working but now for mprage the command I had previously been using just runs and eventually fails.
For mprage I am using:

Dimon -infile_prefix 1825 -dicom_org -GERT_Reco -save_file_list dimon.list -quit

I am not sure why it suddenly stopped working for me but I have tried this command on older datasets that had previously worked with the same command and now is also giving me this problem. Please let me know if you have any advice.
