I was hoping for some additional clarification for my model specification in 3dLME to make sure I am understanding it correctly. For my analysis with 2 within Ss variables and 3 between Ss variables -two of which are covariates- I'm trying to figure out what my model line should look like.

For example, does there need to be any specification for which factors are within subjects (as in 3dMVM files) in the 3dLME header:
-wsVars "condition1*condition2" \
or are within subjects factors accounted for/assumed somehow already within the programming and from the data tables?


Also, if I have two covariates I'd like to include in my model (but don't want to test how they variously effect my DVs, just want to covary/partial out their effects) how best to indicate these? For example do we just add more +?
-model 'condition1*condition2*q1score*q2score+RT+Age' \
