AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Good afternoon -

I am getting the following error trying to perform a simple correlation with 3dDeconvolve. Aside from this error 3dDeconvolve is working (i.e., no matrix errors etc)
*+ WARNING: Input polort=2; Longest run=450.0 s; Recommended minimum polort=4

My run lengths are 180 TR, so I am not sure where the 450 seconds are coming from. The scripting is:

3dDeconvolve -polort 2 -input masked_corr+tlrc \
-num_stimts 1 \
-stim_file 1 corr_rest.1D -stim_label 1 corr_rest \
-tout -rout -bucket corr_rest_R2

I checked the TR length from both the input and corr_rest.1D; both are 180 TR. masked_corr is a resting state outpt from afni_proc.py example 9. On visual inspection the results look to be what I would expect.

Thoughts? Thank you!
