Sorry for all the questions. I tried running a mixed model ANOVA with Group as between (Depresssed, Control) and Condition (Rumination, Distraction) as the within subjects variable. My dependent variable is the anterior default mode network identified via independent component analysis.
I noticed that the p-threshold was missing when I examined the results in afni. I think I may be missing the degrees of freedom information. I noticed that there is warning that I have varying brik factors (not sure what that means), but could that be what is causing a failure to automatically generate the degrees of freedom?
