Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Hi Emily,

I have not been able to reproduce this, but it is
surprising that 3dANOVA2 is writing intermediate
NIFTI files (aside from the -bucket output).

Is there any chance you could try this with a current
version of AFNI? You could just use a temporary copy
if you do not want to alter what you are using in a
permanent way.

Alternatively, you could try writing the output in
AFNI format (without any .nii) and only then convert
to NIFTI. But this option would not test the problem.
