Let me preface this: I am new to afni, horrible with computing in general, and I am a graduate student.
I am trying to process a bunch of data using afni_proc.py. When I run the tcsh output program it creates, I get the following error message:

3dSkullStrip: error while loading shared libraries: libgsl.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
** ERROR: Could not strip skull

@auto_tlrc -base TT_N27+tlrc -input 240_anat_strip+orig -no_ss -suffix NONE
Suffix not used.
What is wrong?? Thanks for the help!
