I just encountered this same error:
3dSkullStrip -orig_vol -input ./__tt_sub275.KAward.spgr+orig -prefix ./__tt_sub275.KAward.spgr_ns
3dSkullStrip: error while loading shared libraries: libgsl.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
However, I have ran this same script several times without encountering this issue on many subjects. Today is the first time I have had this error. Seems odd...
Should I try re-installing anything that was recommended above? I am not sure changing the script would be the problem as it worked on 60 or so subjects before today.
