Hi Danny,
There was a change to 3dSkullStrip a while back
that made it dependent on GLS (the Gnu Scientific
Library). Maybe you have recently updated and
only now see that dependency.
It looks like you are on a Linux system. If so,
just try to install gsl, e.g.
yum install gsl
How to install depends on your OS though.
