We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Hi Priyank, Hi Peter,

I have finally added options to do this, -write_3dD_script
and -write_3dD_prefix.

One can add -write_3dD_script to an existing AP command to
simply generate a corresponding 3dDeconvolve command script.
This script will include a prefix variable for newly generated
datasets (see -write_3dD_prefix).

One could start with an identical script (sans prefix) and
modify it, or even alter the -regress_basis option, for
example.
