Hello,
I'm new to AFNI and I have recently inherited a good amount of resting state fMRI data. I'm trying to replicate the analysis in Gotts et al. 2012, and the data was acquired at NIH. I do have physiological data for most of the subjects, and plan to use RetroTS to obtain regressors.
After visually checking some of the .1D files for respiratory and EKG data, some of them look quite noisy (e.g. maybe faulty sensor, bad placement, etc). I was wondering how RetroTS handles noisy physiological recordings, and if you advise visual quality control of the physiological data, along with the usual QC that is required for the fMRI data. If so, what would the recommendations be?
Thanks,
Gustavo
