AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Dear AFNI experts,

I am attempting to analyze retinotopic mapping data using @RetinoProc, but I only did meridian mapping, not polar angle mapping because I only need to delineate the borders between v1, v2, and v3(possibly). I looked at all of the sample scripts that came with the demo data and it looks like @Proc.CLW-CCW is most like what I want, but it still seems like this script expects polar angle mapping data. Is this the script I should work from? And if so, do I need any special inputs since I do not have full polar angle mapping?

Any information you can give me to point me in the right direction here would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Kara
