Hi Kara,

Those scripts are for rotating wedges and expanding rings. In your case, I suspect it is best to process the data with linear regression using as many stimulus classes as you have discrete stimulus positions (2 or 4?). From this you can create maps showing the responses to each of the meridia and then draw the boundaries accordingly.
It would be best to use afni_proc.py to perform the regression analysis. To get an idea of what that entails, run afni_proc.py -h_view, and search for example "8. Based on subject FT under AFNI_data6".
I don't know how familiar you are with processing data on the surface so if some steps are not clear let me know and I can elaborate.
