Hi all,

I am installing AFNI on a new iMac running 10.8.2 OS X. All installations run without error until I try and install PyQt4 using the command: sudo fink install python27-shlibs pyqt4-py27

After a long installation process, somewhere along the way there is an error and the following is part of the output that repeats without ending:

../../include/QtCore/../../src/corelib/global/qglobal.h:323:6: warning: #warning "This version of Mac OS X is unsupported" llvm-g++-4.2 -c -pipe -I/sw/lib/system-openssl/include -I/sw/lib/system-openssl/include -I/sw/lib/freetype219/include -I/sw/lib/freetype219/include/freetype2 -I/sw/lib/fontconfig2/include -I/sw/lib/fontconfig2/include -isystem /sw/include -isystem /usr/X11/include -isystem /usr/X11R6/include -fconstant-cfstrings -g -gdwarf-2 -arch x86_64 -Xarch_x86_64 -mmacosx-version-min=10.5 -fvisibility=hidden -fvisibility-inlines-hidden -Wall -W -fPIC -DQT_SHARED -DQT_BUILD_OPENGL_LIB -DQT_NO_USING_NAMESPACE -DQT_NO_CAST_TO_ASCII -DQT_ASCII_CAST_WARNINGS -DQT3_SUPPORT -DQT_MOC_COMPAT -DQT_USE_FAST_OPERATOR_PLUS -DQT_USE_FAST_CONCATENATION -DQT_GUI_LIB -DQT_CORE_LIB -DQT_HAVE_MMX -DQT_HAVE_3DNOW -DQT_HAVE_SSE -DQT_HAVE_MMXEXT -DQT_HAVE_SSE2 -DQT_HAVE_SSE3 -DQT_HAVE_SSE4_1 -DQT_HAVE_SSE4_2 -D_LARGEFILE64_SOURCE -D_LARGEFILE_SOURCE -I../../mkspecs/macx-g++ -I. -I../../include/QtCore -I../../include/QtGui -I../../include -I../../include/QtOpenGL -I.rcc/debug-shared -I../3rdparty/harfbuzz/src -I/System/Library/Frameworks/OpenGL.framework/Versions/A/Headers -I/System/Library/Frameworks/AGL.framework/Headers -I.moc/debug-shared -F/sw/src/fink.build/qt4-base-mac-4.7.3-35/qt-kde-qt-mac/lib -o .obj/debug-shared/qglframebufferobject.o qglframebufferobject.cpp

Is this a compatibility or a source error? Is it possible to install another version of PyQt4 that will function as necessary for AFNI?

Thank you
