Will this be incorporated into afni_proc.py in the near future?

In the mean time, would these two commands suffice for doing "blip-up/blip-down" distortion correction?

3dQwarp -prefix s1_Qwarped_EPI_1vol -source s1_EPI_PA.nii.gz -base s1_EPI_AP.nii -plusminus

3dNwarpApply -nwarp s1_Qwarped_EPI_1vol_PLUS_WARP+orig. -prefix s1_unwarped_EPI -input s1_EPI_PA.nii.gz
