Hi Jim,

I am not sure we are thinking about this the same way,
but to do just distortion correction and anatomical
alignment, consider something like:

afni_proc.py -blocks align volreg       \
             -copy_anat ANAT+orig       \
             -dsets FORWARD+orig        \
             -blip_reverse_dset REVERSE+orig

There are many possibilities for what could be done,
so it is hard to guess what example fits.
