I want to model the amplitude of the BOLD response, but not the duration. I think I want to use SPMG2 and reconstruct the BOLD response through -iresp (I have made those files). I am confused as to what the sub-bricks of these iresp files are corresponding to. Here is the 3dinfo on the dual_hit -iresp file:


-- At sub-brick #0 '#0' datum type is float: 0 to 0
-- At sub-brick #1 '#1' datum type is float: -1.88491 to 3.70579
-- At sub-brick #2 '#2' datum type is float: -4.04576 to 3.91521
-- At sub-brick #3 '#3' datum type is float: -2.01392 to 2.29466
-- At sub-brick #4 '#4' datum type is float: -0.550077 to 0.489783
-- At sub-brick #5 '#5' datum type is float: -0.277056 to 0.270417
-- At sub-brick #6 '#6' datum type is float: -0.306649 to 0.319682
-- At sub-brick #7 '#7' datum type is float: -0.194718 to 0.187304
-- At sub-brick #8 '#8' datum type is float: -0.0821375 to 0.075692
-- At sub-brick #9 '#9' datum type is float: 0 to 0

Is there one particular one that would correspond to the derivative?
