Regarding the modeling of the HRF from the iresp output, you can look at that output several ways.

1. Simple statistics - onset, offset, duration, std. dev., mean with 3dTstat.
2. Delay - 3ddelay
3. Model with specific function - 3dNLfim. You may use your own model or one of the ones provided with AFNI. A two-variable model can be passed through an environment variable with the Expr2 model. Otherwise, you can choose an existing one or write your own.
