Some of the interpretation depends on your model. The F-stat tests the difference between the restricted-model and the full-model. If the difference between those two models is one variable, then the Coef/Tstat map will be the same as the F-stat map, except that the t-stat will show the direction (See: [
afni.nimh.nih.gov]).
When viewing the data, use the Coefficient and the respective T-stat. You can interpret them as a standard regression analysis at each voxel. There is also a helpful PDF with several examples that may help: [

Depending on your design, other AFNI tools may yield easier interpretations! If you have further questions, post your script and we can work from there!
