AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hey guys,

I am trying to create a mask of "Area 6" (atlas label 210) of the TT_N27_CA_EZ_MPM atlas, and having some problems. Endeavored to use:

3dmaskave -mask TT_N27_CA_EZ_MPM:both:Area 6 Func+tlrc

but AFNI informs me it can't read the mask dataset. I assume this means I am not referring to the atlas and/or subarea correctly in the script but want to be sure. I pulled the script itself from AFNI lesson afni11_roi.pdf "Regions of Interest (ROIs) for those interested in regions" Option 3.

In tandem with that I wanted to know if theres a way of extracting all of Area 6 ROI as a mask, without having to define it in tandem with a functional volume as the script seems to imply.

Thanks as always,

Dane
