AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I'd definitely try to use it.

My previous attempts at fitting the gamma model using R worked but the range of values of produced for the parameters and the peak of the gamma function varied by orders of magnitude among my subjects because the re was such variability in the per subject IRFs. When I tried to do stats on the parameters and peak amplitude nothing showed as significantly different between the two groups. However, the problem I face with the task I'm using is that the stimuli are always presented for 2sec and in a pseudo randomized order but with no jitter making it hard to disentangle the end of the response to one stimulus to the beginning of the next.
