That looks a little odd. It shows an eis_balanc.o error
before actually entering the eispack directory.
It looks like you may be using some sort of threaded make.
But all of the EIS_OBJS in Makefile.INCLUDE get compiled
under the target for the first one, eis_bakvec.o. So it
would not be valid for some thread to try to sneak ahead
and build eis_balanc.o, or any other object in that list.
Are you using a multi-threaded make?
Okay, looking closer you have "make -j3", so maybe the
-j option will have to be removed.
