AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello,

I have hopefully a simple question. I'm not removing any TRs from my EPI data, nor removing samples from my physiological data (i.e. no -ricor_regs_nfirst/-tcat_remove_first_trs used). My physiological data has 15750 samples, acquired at 20 ms, so that matches the length of the data (315 s). What other possible mistakes should I check to find out why I'm getting the error message:

-- ricor: have unscaled short input, will revert back to it
** ERROR: ricor NT != dset len (315, 126) (check -ricor_regs_nfirst/-tcat_remove_first_trs)
** script creation failure for block 'ricor'

FYI, McRetroTS seems to run successfully, using parameters 2.5 44 20 0.

Thanks!

Gustavo
