Dear AFNI users,
When dealing with correction analysis I faced the question of whether the smoothness estimation (fwhm), which will be the input for the 3dClustSim function, is based on individual models or in group tests.
Besides, I'm trying to get that smoothness estimation from SPM.mat. However, I believe I can use the 3dFWHMxyz function defined in AFNI but not on the statistical results. Which file shall I use then? Sorry but I'm not an expert of AFNI.
