Hi all,

I usually use 3dANOVA3 for my 2x2 repeated measures analyses, but I want to start adding covariates and was reading that 3dttest++ can be used for this purpose.

Could I get some help with how you set up the script? I've never used anthing but setA and setB with 3dttest...how do you model the 2 different within-subjects factors that each have 2 levels (e.g., 2(perspective: self, other) x 2 (valence: positive, negative) model)?

Also one other side-question - I had also thought about using 3dMVM, but can you run 3dMVM without having at least one between-subjects variable?
