AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I tried to attach a figure to show this but it didn't work. I think it can be repeated with the following commands:

#hemi=lh or rh
#fsfolder: the folder with ${hemi}.BA.thresh.annot
#run it in the same subject's SUMA folder

FSread_annot \
-input ${fsfolder}/${hemi}.BA.thresh.annot \
-roi_1D ${hemi}.BA.thresh.annot.1D.roi \
-FScmap ${fsfolder}/BA.thresh.ctab \
-dset ${hemi}.BA.thresh.annot.niml.dset \
-cmap_1D ${hemi}.BA.thresh.annot.1D.cmap

SurfToSurf \
-i_fs std.141.${hemi}.smoothwm.asc \
-i_fs ${hemi}.smoothwm.asc \
-prefix temp.141. \
-mapfile std.141.${sbjname}_${hemi}.niml.M2M \
-dset ${hemi}.BA.thresh.annot.niml.dset

Then load the temp.141.${hemi}.BA.thresh.annot.niml.dset onto an inflated std.141 surface to see the result.

Thanks,
