Dear all (in particular, Ziad),
for some odd reason using the dot product mode in SUMA stopped working with the latest AFNI.
I get the following message:
++ Notice SUMA_D_Key (SUMA_input.c:1307 @17:26:01):
No contralateral dset
Error SUMA_Set_Sub_String (suma_utils.c:3607):
NULL input
Warning SUMA_AddDsetNodeIndexColAttr:
Failed to set substring for COLMS_LABS at 0
++ Notice SUMA_D_Key (SUMA_input.c:1534 @17:26:01):
Dot product callback active
and SUMA does not compute any dot products. Any ideas what is causing this?
A few notes:
1) This problem occurs with:
Version AFNI_2011_12_21_1014
[[Precompiled binary macosx_10.7_Intel_64: Feb 28 2014]].
but neurodebian, with an older AFNI, is not affected:
Version AFNI_2011_12_21_1014
[[Precompiled binary =Debian-x86_64-1-gnu: Dec 6 2013]]
2) The error message is similar to what was reported earlier:
[
afni.nimh.nih.gov]
about which Zaid said "there might be a bug with ConvertDset".
Thanks for your consideration,
best,
Nick
