We're really only using it for coregistration of epi to T1, but it had been the best option we've been able to find.

align_epi_anat.py -epi ${func} -anat ${sfile} -anat2epi -anat_has_skull no -volreg off -tshift off -deoblique off -suffix _2epi -epi_base 0 -giant_move
