AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi,

I am trying to create a contrast based on subject choices (A or B) during 4 different conditions (1-4)

I have 8 different regressors based on each trial's condition and subject choice
e.g. Cond 1 choice A
Cond 1 choice B
Cond 2 choice A
Cond 2 choice B .... and so on.

I am trying to create a contrast of choice A vs choice B, and currently for gltsym I have this:

+ Cond 1 choice A + cond 2 choice A + cond 3 choice A + cond 4 choice A - Cond 1 choice B - cond 2 choice B - cond 3 choice B - cond 4 choice B

However, because I cannot control subject choices, these 8 regressors all have different numbers of trials. Is that bad? How can I view a contrast of A vs B?

Thank you,
Grace
