I did re-run 3dDeconvolve to get the cbucket file. I am waiting for that to finish.
I probably should run deconvolution with 3dTfitter with my task.
Which command do I use to break up the 'all_runs.subject+tlrc'(after 3dsynthesize & substraction step) into the 4 separate runs that I have?
I am guessing I will need the start time for each individual run within the concatenated file to do this?
