Yeah, there are 239 TRs (after first 3 TRs removed during preprocessing) with a 2 second TR.
So I could set it up like this:
all_runs.subject+tlrc'[0..238]'
all_runs.subject+tlrc'[239..477]'
all_runs.subject+tlrc'[478..716]'
all_runs.subject+tlrc'[717..955]'
Or for each run should I specify the full 239 TRs?
For example: all_runs.subject+tlrc'[0..239] for the first run and so on?
