Yes, they map onto those time points that were censored.
So I can still use the time series extracted and when I later run 3dDeconvolve again with the interaction term, the censor file will take care of those time points, making this a non-issue?
I was a bit thrown off when plotting the time series I extracted, but if those time points will later be censored, then I will move to the next step.
