I'm completely new to using AFNI (having made the switch from SPM two weeks ago), so I'm sorry for what is most likely a very elementary question. Is it possible to load two functional overlays on one template brain? Essentially, I would just like to visually illustrate functional overlap between contrasts. When preparing images for presentations/publications previously, I used MRIcron, which let me do this, but I'm not sure how I can do something similar with AFNI or with BRIK/HEADER files. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
