Salutations,

We've started working with some diffusion weighted data and, correspondingly, have acquired a new AFNI need (AFNeed). Looks like you already have some very fine programs for estimating cool parameters and conducting tractography. We're wondering about preprocessing tools. Specifically:

  1. Coregistration across different gradient direction acquisitions. Specifically, coregistering different directions acquired with the B0 acquisition. Is it kosher to just use 3dvolreg for this?
  2. Correcting for eddy current effects in the images. Ideas on that in the context of AFNI? It seems to be a common correction in the DTI lit.
