AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Thank you for your advice. I posted both of what you suggested.

1. The output from running afni is as follows:

stlee@cerberus ~/Desktop/stlee/AFNI/Patients_all_in_one/115 $ afni

Thanks go to RM Birn for "quick" questions

Initializing: X11.. Widgets...... Input files:ONLY ATLASES** AFNI converts NIFTI_datatype=4 (INT16) in file /home/stlee/Desktop/stlee/AFNI/Patients_all_in_one/115/20110304_072400AXT2SENSEs701a1007.nii to FLOAT32
Warnings of this type will be muted for this session.
Set AFNI_NIFTI_TYPE_WARN to YES to see them all, NO to see none.

session # 1 = /home/stlee/Desktop/stlee/AFNI/Patients_all_in_one/115/ ==> 39 datasets
dataset count = 39
Time series = 2 files read
NLfit & NLerr= Optimizer (AFNI_NLFIM_METHOD) is SIMPLEX
NLfit & NLerr= Found no models!
Plugins = 51 libraries read
++ AFNI is detached from terminal.
stlee@cerberus ~/Desktop/stlee/AFNI/Patients_all_in_one/115 $
++ NOTE: This version of AFNI was built Dec 5 2013 ++
++ NOTE: 'Define Markers' is hidden: right-click 'DataDir' to see it
++ NOTE: you may want to consider creating a '.afnirc' file in your home
directory, to control AFNI's setup. For more details, see
[afni.nimh.nih.gov]

And this is the error messages when I tried running Draw Dataset Plugin:
