As Rick said, 3dGroupInCorr -MASKAVE is the way to go for my purpose.
I saw the PDF file for ROIs which Ziad suggested me.
I tried to make ROIs, but I could not make it yet.
My resting-state data is spatially normalized to MNI_caez_N27 (MNI-standard space).
I want to make 2 ROI masks on bilateral Substantia Nigra (SN).
I am thinking 2 ways to make mask.
(1) I want to put 6mm sphere seed on bilateral SN. I have 2 coordinates for them on MNI space. How can make mask?
(2) I want to make bilateral SN mask by using atlas. When I see plugin Draw Dataset, there is no MNI-standard space atlas as far as I know. In addition, there is no SN mask in any atlas too. Is there any other way to get SN mask atlas?
