Dear AFNI community,
I'm looking for help-doc about the command "3danisosmooth", in particular for what regard the meaning of the options (deltat, edgefraction, etc.). I found a doc on the web but it refers to an old version of the command. If I well understood, the command was originally intended for denoising DWI volumes, but can I use it for smoothing anisotropically also other kinds of images (i.e.: fractional anisotropic maps)?
