AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Hi Gang,
I thought I sent a PM to you but did not see it in the sent box. I was not sure if it was sent so I posted here.

I warped an ROI mask with 3dAllineate. I found that I could not load the file after warping, but could load the source file.


Here is the error I got:

And here is the command I used in 3dAllineate:
3dAllineate -1Dmatrix_apply loc.EPI.to.event.EPI.aff12.1D -source loc.GLM/mask.DvCpos.pthre+orig. -master event_run.01.median+orig. -prefix event1.GLM/mask.DvCpos.pthre.aligned.event_run.01 -final NN

I hope I have uploaded the files successfully.
