Dear AFNI expert



I would like to extract the ROI mask of right thalamus from atlas in AFNI? I would like to extract right parielta lobule too.
I would like to use the extracted mask for the seed mask of tractography.

For example, we can show "-Atlas colors" by right clicking on AFNI GUI. Then, we can select right thalamus.
How can we extract the mask of this right thalamus?
