I could use "whereami" function.
I generated right thalamus mask from TT_Daemon. But, it was slightly misregistrated from MNI-standard brain. (not MNI-anatomy brain)
How can I see the atlas itself? Like page 39 in ROI slide.
Which atlas is actually matched to MNI-standard brain?
