Rick, you are correct. What I am doing is importing the time series into R so I can do some wavelet transforms using an R package called waveslim. If I want to use this particular R package, I am not sure of any other way of doing it. Unless there are better ways of dealing with nifti datasets in R that people know about?
Ideally I would like to create a single shell script to do an analysis using afni functions but also functions from this special R package. That seems like it might be a pain to do though. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
