The effect from the analysis shows the impact of the interaction between the seed (e.g., OFC) and a condition/task on a target region (e.g., caudate, amygdala, hippocampus, ...).

> How can I find out if the amygdala is also correlated with the caudate

Yes, you would have to run a separate analysis using amygdala as a seed.
