Hello!

I am attempting to conduct multiple regression analyses on my fMRI data and have a few questions.

1) I am conducting two separate multiple regression analysis (each with 1 dependent variable); however, I am actually interested in the difference between these two dependent variables. Is it possible to subtract the beta-coefficient files? Or do I need to do the subtraction before processing?

2) I have several independent variables that will be inputted into this model. Is using 3dMVM the correct approach, or is there another program I should be using? Currently, I am using 3dMEMA, but I'm uncertain if this would allow me to perform multiple regression analyses.
