AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Gang!

Ok, so I do have 6 values per subject. I've set up my analysis using 3dMEMA, and is setup as below:

3dMEMA -prefix low_file \
-set low \
sub_00 'beta' 't_stat' \
sub_01 'beta' 't_stat' \
...
...
sub_15 'beta' 't_stat' \
-HKtest \
-covariates Covariates.txt \
-mask Group_mask

The Covariates.txt file is set up as follows:

subj var1 var2
sub_00 0.1 0.1
sub_01 0.2 0.2
... ... ...
... ... ...
sub_15 ... ...

When I open my low_file, I get several sub-bricks, such as a b file and t file for each independent variable (var1 and var2). Additionally, I get sub-brick files called 'low b' and 'low t'. Are the low files the file for the overall model? Do I have to go into each variables individual sub-brick to see which ones are significant? Is this actually multiple regression?

Thanks,
Derek Archer
