It appears that the labeling of groups from 3dMEMA is reversing the order of the groups. I had previous had two groups specified via the -groups option (groupA groupB) and the result was labeled as A-B. However, recent versions seem to label the results as B-A and the labeling for the individual group results also appear to have the wrong labels. I am running the following AFNI version
