I believe Gang is just trying to make your labels match
the computations, which it should. If instead you want
the computations changed to output Subjects-Controls,
then change the order of the sets that are given, i.e.
input the Controls with the first -set option, and the
Subjects with the second.

The group comparison direction in 3dMEMA is the second
set mean minus the first set mean.
