There is no bug here as far as I can tell. The sub-brick labels in the output are solely based on what the user provides in option "-groups ...". Furthermore, keep in mind the following:

1) The 1st and 2nd labels in "-groups ..." are associated with the 1st and 2nd datasets respectively.
2) Whatever the user feeds after "-set ..." is just for the user's information, and is *not* used by the program.
