Is point 2 documented anywhere? I think that the -set option should either be eliminated and replaced with options like -setA and -setB similar to what is used in 3dttest++. This would make it clear to the user. It would also be good to document that the comparison is setB-SetA. Again this is opposite of 3dttest++, and is not clear in the current documentation.
