Hi folks -

I have a statistical set that's been instrumented with FDR curves. I'd like to extract voxels that meet a certain FDR threshold using 3dcalc or something comparable that I could script. If these were p-values I'd know how to do it (find the corresponding t-threshold; cull the stats based on the value of that t-statistic in the appropriate sub-brick) but I can't figure out how to do it with q. Googling hasn't turned up anything -- is it possible?
