I think you should probably not set AFNI_ATLAS_LIST to ALL. That will amount to about 2GB for the memory just for atlases and just for the whereami GUI call. Instead set AFNI_ATLAS_LIST to one to test and maybe a few permanently, or don't set it at all if you would like the defaults. The wami function in the clusterize calls the whereami program through a system call, as opposed to the way the whereami GUI, which calls the whereami functions through a function call. The difference causes the system call to effectively double the amount of memory needed for the atlases (with "ALL" set, that might be about 4GB for atlases, plus the afni and whereami programs and your datasets will take even more memory).
