History of AFNI updates

Hi Daniel -

I'm not concerned about the memory issues, since most of the time I'm the sole user on a server with 128 GB of memory, almost all of it free, running a 64 bit OS running 64 bit AFNI. But to be conclusive I've used the following AFNI_ATLAS_LIST setting in my .afnirc:

default (no AFNI_ATLAS_LIST definition)
ALL
TT_Daemon
TT_Daemon,DD_Desai_MPM

The result is the same in every case: if you get at whereami via right click in display window, you get something like this:

[www.dropbox.com]

If you do it from the cluster report, you get this:

[www.dropbox.com]

Here's the console output from when you use the cluster report WamI button:
++ Writing mask dataset ./Clust_mask+tlrc.BRIK
*+ WARNING: Over-writing dataset ./Clust_mask+tlrc.HEAD
 + 3dclust -1Dformat -nosum -1dindex 0 -1tindex 1 -2thresh -3.922 3.922 -inmask -dxyz=1 -savemask Clust_mask 1.01 20 /labs/Semantic_Cognition/semantic_root/worktemp/broda/abscon__b38_mni.nii.gz
++ Running WamI command:
 + /home/shanusmagnus/afni/whereami -omask ./Clust_mask+tlrc.HEAD
Does anything look odd? To check whether Clust_mask was sensible, I loaded it as an overlay and yes, the clusters are where they should be, and have integral values corresponding to cluster number. I don't know what else to do to troubleshoot, and I'm still not clear what I _should_ be getting in the cluster report. Could you (or someone) provide a screenshot of what a correctly-functioning output of pushing the "WamI" should be? Could you confirm that what I'm seeing is either erroneous, or not?

Thanks,

Shane
